She bounced into motherhood with four vibrant stepsons and, now, ten years into her marriage, has four more amazing children. At age 14, Leslie left the nest to attend Deerfield Academy, a boarding school in New England, followed by Smith College and Northwestern University, where she earned a master’s degree in journalism.
EKATERINA FILYANKOVA
is an aspiring illustrator from Russian Siberia. Since her childhood, she dreamed of illustrating children’s books. Kate grew up in a little village beyond the Arctic Circle.
